Every month, employees at Rochelle Community Hospital nominate a fellow co-worker to be recognized as the “Customer Service High Performer of the Month”.
 

Nominees must consistently display positive customer service both internally with co-workers and externally with patients and visitors. RCH has a rewards and recognition committee who reviews the nominations. The High Performer of the Month receives a premium parking spot in the lot of their choice marked with their name and recognition in the employee newsletter and area newspapers.
