Equipment and Testing: Quality diagnostic test equipment is used to perform all assessments. Testing is conducted and evaluated by professionals.

Professional Ethics: We are a hearing health care provider, not just a seller of hearing aids. We make no claims about restoring hearing to normal. We use no “hard sell” techniques. We recommend the purchase of a hearing aid only when it will benefit the user.

  • You will receive a careful and comprehensive assessment of your hearing problems.
  • Test results will be explained in a way that helps you understand the hearing difficulties you have been experiencing.

You may have a hearing problem if…

  • People seem to mumble
  • Others say the TV is too loud
  • It’s difficult to hear at a party
  • Music sounds “flat”
  • People have to repeat what they say
  • Going to the theater or movies is less enjoyable
  • You feel left out of conversations
  • It’s difficult to hear when people speak from another room
  • You have ringing in your ears
  • You get tired or angry because it takes so much effort to listen
  • You can’t hear background sounds that others hear (birds singing, telephone ringing)
  • You miss pieces of conversation
